Europos kilnaus elgesio sporte sąjūdis palaiko ryšį tarp nacionalinių kilnaus elgesio sporte komitetų, bendradarbiauja su įvairiomis sporto organizacijomis, visuomenės informavimo priemonėmis, rengia seminarus, padeda savo nariams plėtoti kilnaus elgesio sporte idėjas. Europos kilnaus elgesio sporte sąjūdis įkurtas 1994 m. Oficialiosios kalbos – anglų ir vokiečių. Pirmasis prezidentas – F. Wijkas iš Olandijos.
